Terms of Service

Welcome to Vdominate ("Agency", "we", "us"). By accessing our platform at vdominate.in or contracting our performance marketing, AI funnel engineering, or digital development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Agency Services

Vdominate provides performance marketing management, paid ad scaling (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), AI lead qualification chatbots, custom web/app development, and business automation pipelines as outlined in individual client proposal contracts or dashboard retainer agreements.

2. Client Intellectual Property & Ad Accounts

Clients retain 100% ownership of their ad accounts, brand assets, customer databases, and proprietary business logic. All custom landing pages, Next.js codebases, and automation scripts built specifically for the client become client property upon settlement of corresponding invoice balances.

3. Ad Spend & Billing Terms

• Ad Budgets: Media ad spend is paid directly by the client to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) unless explicitly included under a managed billing retainer.
• Retainer Invoices: Agency management fees and custom project quotations are invoiced in advance or according to milestones listed in your Client Dashboard billing ledger.
• Payment Status: Invoices marked as pending must be settled within the agreed timeframe to prevent interruption of active ad campaigns or AI bot hosting.

4. Performance Expectations & Disclaimers

While Vdominate utilizes industry-leading media buying frameworks, AI lead qualification models, and conversion rate engineering, overall campaign performance depends on market demand, product offer quality, and third-party platform algorithm updates. Past client metrics (e.g. 4.82x ROAS) serve as case study benchmarks and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results for every niche.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information, business strategies, campaign metrics, and customer databases acquired during the course of the engagement under strict mutual non-disclosure obligations.
