Refund and Cancellation Policy

At VDominate Marketing Agency, managed by EVRA Services, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to refund or cancellation requests. Below is our detailed policy:
1. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:- Services have not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeline due to delays on our end.
- A valid technical issue on our part prevents the delivery of services.
- Duplicate payments made by the client.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been initiated, delivered, or completed as per the agreement.
- Customized service packages tailored to client needs.
- Consultation fees, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract.
- Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to team@vdominate.in within 7 days of payment.
- Requests must include the client’s name, invoice number, and a detailed reason for the refund.
- Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of Services
- Clients may cancel a service by submitting a written request to team@vdominate.in at least 10 business days prior to the service start date.
- Services already initiated or completed are non-cancellable.
- Cancellation by VDominate
- VDominate reserves the right to cancel a service due to non-payment, lack of client cooperation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be issued in compliance with the Refund Policy.
3. Modifications to the Policy
EVRA Services reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
